and puree them in the blender. Add water, if needed.
5. Place the puree in ice cube trays, and
cover it in plastic wrap keep it fresh.
6. Place the tray in a ziplock bag, seal it
and place it in the freezer within 48 hours.
Voila! You've just made the healthiest food
available for your baby!
When freezing organic baby food, make sure
you write the date and the name of the food on the bag so you can identify its
contents and throw out any food that has been frozen longer than three months.
